Miami Advances to the Booker Prize Shortlist
In the beginning of August, the Booker Prize released their 2023 longlist. On September 21st, the Booker Prize released their next round of finalists. While we’re going to have to wait until November 26th to find out the winner, Books & Books is thrilled for all of the finalists, and we are proud to sell their riveting, insightful works. We are especially excited that Miami native Jonathan Escoffery’s debut story collection If I Survive You, which also takes place in the city, has made it to the next round.
