Books & Books and The University of Miami Department of Medicine hosted a virtual discussion between David Fajgenbaum and Dr. Mikkael A. Sekeres on March 9, 2021. Dr. Fajgenbaum’s book, “Chasing My Cure” , is a memoir of a young doctor and former college athlete diagnosed with a rare disease who spearheaded the search for a cure–and became a champion for a new approach to medical research. He speaks with Dr. Sekeres, Professor of Medicine and Chief of the Division of Hematology at the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.
