Books & Books is excited to present a morning of Valentine’s Day activities with Miss Jill. Families can come any time between 9:30 and 11:30 a.m.

About the Author:

Miss Jill is a lifelong learner, mother, and early childhood educator who offers intimate opportunities to engage in play and learning with families. Born and raised in Miami, she thrived in the classroom as an early childhood teacher for over ten years and now hosts small group, sensory enrichment classes and events in the Coconut Grove area.Early literacy in young children is such an important tool we have as parents and educators to explore the world around us with our children. Reading a variety of quality books from a young age helps develop a lifelong love of learning! Her favorite part of working with young children is seeing the joy in their faces at a new discovery or connection made. Miss Jill’s classes aim to use entirely natural, up-cycled and recycled materials. While creating and exploring, the children are building skills and values like responsibility, fine motor strength and independence alongside Miss Jill.
