Mr. Morales is a twenty-plus year commercial real estate veteran in the South Florida market. He spent ten years (2007–2017) as a vice president at the global real estate brokerage firm JLL before opening Blue Box Real Estate, LLC, (www.blueboxre.com) a commercial real estate firm for business owners offering high level, trustworthy, and proven customizable real estate services.
Mr. Morales is the founder of Don’t Sign the Lease, LLC (www.dontsignthelease.com) designed to provide essential tools and helpful resources for business owners including the Don’t Sign the Lease Podcast.
Mr. Morales has vast experience and knowledge of the office leasing sector on behalf of both landlords and tenants. He has represented high profile institutional landlords as well as local and regional property owners. He has also served as a Tenant Advisor to many local, regional, and national tenants.
He is happily married, has three wonderful children and resides in South Florida. He loves the Lord Jesus, is an avid Miami Hurricane football fan (please Gators and Noles, don’t stay away), and enjoys playing sports with kids half his age.
