Books & Books has always been more than a bookstore. For over 40 years, we have cultivated spaces for community gathering, where books jump off the shelves to inspire conversations, forge connections, and stimulate new thinking.

The love of books and the belief in the power of reading fuel the store’s commitment to our community, which includes more than 400 events annually that provide a space for convening and free expression.

Through the The Books & Books Literary Foundation, we will be able to both expand our community programming and ensure it endures for generations to come.

With your support, the foundation will use the power of literary culture to inspire our community by:

Providing books and their authors to kids and communities hungry for stories that reflect their lives but for whom access is out of reach.

Presenting events where Miami can come together to read, discuss and think together.

Standing up for free expression and other issues critical to our literary culture.
