Spanning across 232 pages, My Life in Color immerses readers in a visual feast of vibrant and thought-provoking artwork. Each piece is a testament to Rivera-Bond’s creativity, skill, and unique perspective as an abstract expressionist artist. The diverse range of artwork presented in this book reflects her versatility and passion for self-expression through color on large canvases.

These texts provide valuable context and analysis, offering readers a deeper understanding of the artistic themes and concepts explored in Rivera-Bond’s work. The perspectives offered by these curators add an enriching layer to the overall experience of the book, elevating it beyond a mere catalogue of artworks.

Until now, the work of Rosario Rivera-Bond has been the result of an intuitive approach to the unconscious sources of creation which have been expressed through the cultivation of a very personal and courageous language nourished by the tenets of abstract expressionism, lyrical abstraction, action painting and the pictorial ruptures of the transavantgarde.
