About the Author:

Carmine Vittoria received his Ph.D. in applied quantum physics from Yale University in 1970. He is currently a professor at Northeastern University, where he has established a world-class research laboratory in the development of new microwave films deposited at the atomic scale. He is a fellow of the American Physical Society and IEEE.
