Books & Books is thrilled to present an in-person afternoon with Venoria Todman to discuss her latest book: Show and Tell Marriages: Living in Hell!

About the Book:

You may wonder why such a strong title. Well, many couples fight like animals and are miserable but when it is time to make an appearance, they make nice, dress up and pretend. Some do not even sleep in the same room, let alone the same bed? I will take you on a journey of couples struggling for survival. Many are filled with pride and do not want anyone to know what is going on, as they would like to keep the charade of a marriage going, at all costs to maintain their appearances of a make belief fairy tale. (Simply speaking they engage in “Show and Tell Marriages Living in Hell”! I will also share my own personal story of my near divorce and how I decided to give my spouse a second chance. You will be at the edge of your seats, as you read about the couples and my story. This is hoping that these real-life experiences can help someone make the right decision for everyone involved.

About the Author:

Venoria Todman was born in the British Virgin Islands and relocated to Miami, Florida in 1986. She is married with three beautiful children. Venoria holds an (EMBA) Executive Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Trinity International University. She is a former Adjunct Professor at one of South Florida’s Universities, where she taught Business Ethics and Value Communication. Venoria is well known for her exceptional writing and editorial skills, which are complemented by her tenacious and assertive nature. Most importantly, Venoria tells it like it is. She plans to begin her second book later this year.
