Under pen name, Ellis Bell, the English poet, Emily Brontë composed her only novel, Wuthering Heights, published in 1847. Often described as a love story, Wuthering Heights is more a story of revenge that began with intentions of love. Over a century and a half later, the Books & Books community gathers together to celebrate this classic poet and novelist who passed away at age 30, a year after the book’s publication. We encourage all to dress up for this month’s dinners and immerse themselves as we toast to our favorites to ever to pen to paper.
