Books & Books Museum of Art Fort Lauderdale
Books & Books welcomes you to its brand new home at the Museum of Art Fort Lauderdale. International in scope, creative in expression – the Museum of Art is now the ideal gathering place for Fort Lauderdale’s vibrant literary and cultural community with Books & Books at its hub. Books & Books has long been a community of writers and readers, issues and ideas, art and artists. And now we have a new home -- anew living room, if you will – to welcome you, right inside the Museum of Art and with its partners at Nova Southeastern University.
With a robust event schedule, including our special Thursdays at the Museum
series, you’ll find yourself at Museum week after week, night after night...
The Museum of Art Fort Lauderdale, founded in 1958, is housed in a building
designed by noted American architect Edward Larrabee Barnes and completed in
1986. The Museum is located at One E. Las Olas Blvd., on the northeast corner
of Andrews Avenue and Las Olas Boulevard, at the foot of the Andrews Avenue
drawbridge over the New River.
