Jim DeFede has been an award-winning journalist for close to 20 years, with the Spokesman-Review in Spokane, Washington, the Miami New Times, and the Miami Herald. His work has appeared in Talk, The New Republic, and Newsday. Currently, Jim runs a daily talk radio show on South Florida's WINZ AM 940 in addition to serving as a commentator on CBS4.
