Adrian Castro is an Afro-Cuban experimenteur writing mixed poetry and prose, mostly based on performances in Miami. And during the day, he is a building inspector for a private engineering firm. He is a bachelors of arts in psychology and in English, and is currently studying Chinese medicine. His intention is for his poetry to be understood as his beliefs as an initiated Yoruba Priest. He recently wrote Cantos to Blood & Honey, and is included in poetry anthologies, Paper Dance: 55 Latino Poets, One Century of Cuban Writers in Florida, and Little Havana Blues.
